Today we planted the rest of the vegetable seeds. Here you see where we planted Sweet Corn. Each stake in the ground is surrounded by a circle of corn seeds. There will be six circles of corn total. We will be planting one more circle of corn in about a week or two a little further down.
The bed to the left has Yellow Squash, and the bed to the right will have Cucumbers, both slicing and
pickling. So not much to see here yet, but this should look very different in a month.
This is where the Lettuce is planted. The 3 stakes to the left are a mixed variety of lettuce, and the 3 stakes to the right are a green leafy lettuce variety. Marigolds are planted in the front. We should start to see those come up on a week or so.
This will be our Herb Garden. Planted from back to front is Sage, Dill, and Sweet Basil.
