This is our cactus. It was given to us by a coworker of Vony's. When we planted it last year and it only consisted of three branches. It bloomed shortly after planting it, and then grew to what you see here. During the winter, the cactus lies flat on the ground. When the weather warmed up this spring, the cactus came to life, and is now bearing new buds. In a week or so, it will be covered with gorgeous yellow flowers, and double itself in size. This is a fun plant to watch.

Hi Jeff and Vony, Wow, We love this blog site. The sugar snaps look great and thanks for sharing. will look forward to watching the progress. Thanks for starting this site. Love, Mom and Dad L.
Wow: This is great. I am sad that grandpa cannot see those peas popping up. But isn't it a thrill to see what grows from one time seed. Nature is wonderful, and happy you are enjoying it. I will look forward to the next set of growth. Mattie Mapes used to video our garden every Saturday, and it was amazing. Keep enjoying. Thanks. Grandma
